This is my second shelf on my (mostly) historical fiction shelf. These ones include my southern and other historical fiction books - a lot of my favorites are on this shelf :)

After this one, I only have the bottom shelf to show you which will be the last shelf in my bookshelf tour! So I'll just be adding more books to them :)

Bookshelf Tour: One Shelf at a Time (11)

This is the last shelf on my Adult's bookcase. I hate how this shelf is so big and is just a chaotic mess - their isn't much order to this madness! These are all books that couldn't fit anywhere else or I didn't know where to fit them - so it's just a bunch of random books. And the vast majority of these I haven't read, and the ones I have read (21/88) aren't exactly favorites of mine. I don't think I'll end up reading a lot of these to be honest. A lot I have kept because of their pretty covers! There's only a few I'm actually excited to read. Please let me know if you have read any of these and whether you liked it or not! After this bookcase, I have one more three-shelf case (to the right in the picture of my bookcase below) and it consists of the majority of my historical fiction books so I'll be showing you those soon!

Bookshelf Tour: One Shelf at a Time (10)

This shelf consists of my horror/thriller-esque books! As you'll notice, I haven't read much of them :X

Have Read:

I love Shutter Island, it's one of my favorite books and movies! I've only read 3 of Stephen Kings books (also read Carrie on my kindle) and hope to read one of his a year! I have only read these two zombie books (Warm Bodies and the Walking Dead graphic novel) and need more! The Road was okay and I loved 172 Hours on the Moon, it really freaked me out!

TBR:

These are more horror-esque books. I do want to read one of Chuck Palahniuk's books, and even though I don't have it - I will probably read Fight Club first and go from there. Been meaning to read WWZ forever! I'm excited to get into the Something Strange and Deadly series/trilogy!! The green one on the upper right is The Complete Works of Edgar Allan Poe, I have read some of his short stories! Not sure which Stephen King I'll read this year! And Flowers in the Attic sounds pretty disturbing!

These are more thriller/mystery-esque books! I definitely want to read more of Dennis Lehane books, love that those two are set in the 1920s and they are part of a series which I didn't realize. I think it will be a trilogy! Really want to try James Patterson's more thriller type books - I picked this one because in the movie, The Time Traveler's Wife the main character, Claire said it was her favorite book lol. And want to continue on with Dan Browns series, dive into the Millennium trilogy at some point and want to read Agatha's Christie's most famous novel! And the movie of All the Pretty Horses seems interesting, so I got the book.

Have you read any of these??

Bookshelf Tour: One Shelf at a Time (9)

This shelf includes most of my women's fiction/chick-lit type books! It only features 7 authors! Here are the books:

Have Read:

I really like this author! I have also read The Girl Who Chased the Moon and I have her newest book, Lost Lake as an arc waiting to be read! My favorite is Garden Spells

I really like this author as well! My favorite of hers is Firefly Lane and I really need to read the sequel, Fly Away - one of her more recent books! My least favorite is True Colors and it's actually one of my least favorite books of all time.

Practical Magic is one of my favorite movies but I was quite disappointed in the book because it's so different! I loved Attachments and have also read and enjoyed Fangirl and Eleanor & Park (own them on my kindle) - Can't wait for Landline! I love the movie, P.S. I Love You and again the book is quite different! I liked Love, Rosie!

I LOVE this author!! I plan to read all of her books! I also read and loved Remember Me? and I've Got Your Number! I want to get to her other two stand alones (Wedding Night and Twenties Girl) before rereading Confessions of a Shopaholic and continuing with that series!

Another favorite author of mine :) My favorite is Something Borrowed and then second favorite is Where We Belong. I can't wait to read her newest one coming out next month, The One and Only!

TBR:

Even though I didn't love the book Practical Magic, I definitely want to read more books by this author - she has so many! Hope I end up liking her books! Cecelia Ahern may not be a favorite of mine, but I do want to read some more of her books. Kristin Hannah has so many books that I want to read the majority of them. I also have Home Front on my kindle! And yes love Sophie Kinsella, need to read all of her books!

Have you read any of these?
