Review: A Cowboy Never Quits (Turn Around Ranch #1) by Cindi Madsen
A Cowboy Never Quits - Cindi Madsen

These hardworking cowboys give everyone a second chance...

When single mom Jessica Cook is at the end of her rope, she takes her 16-year-old daughter to Turn Around Ranch. The ranch has a great reputation for teen therapy, and Jessica prays there's room there for her and Chloe. Wade Dawson's first priority is to keep the ranch afloat to help teens and their families. But he can't seem to keep his boundaries when it comes to Jessica—she's talked her way into a job on the ranch so she can stay near her daughter and her tenacity and courage are truly impressive. Not to mention she's a natural beauty and sparks fly whenever he's in her vicinity. But as one crisis after another befalls the ranch, Wade is going to have to decide whether he can afford to let a woman get under his skin...

Cindi Madsen has become my auto-buy author a long time again and this book again proofs why. I read the entire book in one sitting, because I didn’t want to miss a single minute with these characters.

I loved everything about this book, the story, the setting, the humor and romance but most of all the characters. Cindi Madsen is a master in creating realistic, down to earth, likable characters that you can’t help falling for. Whether it is the what seems like at first grumpy but hot cowboy, with a heart of gold or the funny single mom who can really use a break and works as a cook but really can’t cook.

I really enjoyed them both and the chemistry between Jessica and Wade was of the charts from the beginning.

I loved not only the growing romance but also all the friendships that were being build. And to see how much each character grew in their own way and at their own pace.

Overall, another awesome book with romance, humor and friendships. I can only highly recommend, but not only this book but all books by this author.

I rate it full 5 ★

Review: Just One of the Groomsmen by Cindi Madsen
Just One of the Groomsmen - Cindi Madsen

Addison Murphy is the funny friend, the girl you grab a beer with—the girl voted most likely to start her own sweatshirt line. And now that one of her best guy friends is getting married, she’ll add “groomsman” to that list, too. She’ll get through this wedding if it’s the last thing she does. Just don’t ask her to dive for any bouquet.

When Tucker Crawford returns to his small hometown, he expects to see the same old people, feel comfort in the same old things. He certainly doesn’t expect to see the nice pair of bare legs sticking out from under the hood of a broken-down car. Certainly doesn’t expect to feel his heart beat faster when he realizes they belong to one of his best friends.

If he convinces Addie to give him a chance, they could be electric…or their break-up could split their tight-knit group in two.

Hiding the way he feels from the guys through bachelor parties, cake tastings, and rehearsals is one thing. But just as Tucker realizes that Addie truly could be the perfect woman for him—he was just too stupid to realize it—now she’s leaving to follow her own dreams. He’s going to need to do a lot of compromising if he’s going to convince her to take a shot at forever with him—on her terms this time.

This for me is another win for Cindi Madsen. Really adored this book and the setting.

Sweet, friends to lover story with humor and some funny awkward and also smexy stuff.

I think what I like most about her books that they are light and fun and her characters are always relatable, both guys and girls.

Also no matter how many times it has been done and written, in this case friends to lover, she always finds a new fresh sweet twist with each book.

I loved both, Tucker a bit more than Addison but not by much, both stole my heart, Of course their surrounding cast was also amazing and equally important.

Overall, a fun, sweet and sexy read that I really, really enjoyed.

I rate it 5 ★

Review: Until We're More (Fighting For Her #2) by Cindi Madsen
Until We're More - Cindi Madsen

Chelsea is smart, funny, gorgeous, and the best friend I’ve ever had. Ever since she left, I’ve been a wreck. I’ve been focused on keeping my family’s MMA gym afloat while I train and coach fighters, anything to not miss her more. But now she's finally back, along with her grumpy, possessive cat, and things are weird between us.

By weird, I mean I can’t stop thinking about her in that way. She’s in the room next door, and it takes all my control not to storm in there, sweep her up, and bring her back to my bed. Even stranger, I’m pretty sure she’d be into it.

And this time, I’m not going to stop fighting until we’re more.

This book easily made it on my favorite books by Cindi Madsen.

It was fresh, funny, sweet, romantic and steamy all in one, but also heartwarming.

Once I started it I knew I would love it and couldn’t put it down until I’m done and that is exactly what happened.

I just fell in love with Liam and Chelsea, the story, their background and the nice tortures slow burn we know and love from Cindi Madsen . We get plenty of humor and banter between the two.  But also some nice heartwarming moments not only between the two but also their friends and family and some we have met in book one.

I loved both Liam and Chelsea separately but together they were almost too much cuteness and sexiness .Some scenes where just too funny but also super cute and hot. Both also were super easy to relate to and not just because she is a bookworm …lol

Overall I really loved this book and I can’t wait to read the next book in the series. If you are a fan of rom-coms, contemporary romance and/or  Cindi Madsen, than his book is a must.

I rate it 5 ★because it was just that awesome and cute for me.

Review: Until You're Mine (Fighting For Her) by Cindi Madsen
Until You're Mine (Fighting for Her) - Cindi Madsen

You might’ve heard of me, Shane Knox, the guy who rose quickly through the MMA fighter ranks, only to crash just as fast. No one cares about personal reasons when it comes to losing fights and money. I’m determined to get back to where I was. For you to hear my name again. I’ve finally convinced the owner of Team Domination to take a chance and get me back in fighting—and winning—shape. What I didn’t bargain for is the guy’s spitfire of a daughter. Factor in her two professional-fighter brothers who are acting as my coaches and the fact that my career hangs in the balance, and Brooklyn’s the last girl I should be fantasizing about.

The closer we get, the more I want Brooklyn. The stakes are high, and I know there’s a big chance of both of us getting hurt, but I won’t stop until she’s mine.

I’m normally not a big fan of MMA books but I think Cindi Madsen has changed my mind. As with all her books, this book is swoon worthy with the perfect blend of humor, romance and sweet moments. I liked both Shane and Brooklyn and they made the perfect couple. Both have overcome some crappy stuff in their past and had different ways to deal with that but yet they made the perfect couple and balanced each other out . While I enjoyed both I liked Brooklyn a bit more, while she was funny and confident she was not as cocky as Shane. But I think that is why they were made for each other. I really enjoyed this book a lot, while of course a bit predictable we still get some nice surprises, awesome characters main and side that kept me glued to the page., Plus we get a gym full hot and sweaty guys, so what’s not to love. Once again Madsen done it again and I’m looking forward to the next book in the series already.

I rate this nook 5 ★

Confessions of a Former Puck Bunny (Taking Shots #4) by Cindi Madsen
Confessions of a Former Puck Bunny (Taking Shots) - Cindi Madsen

Confession #1: I used to be a puck bunny, but after a hockey player broke my heart, I gave up all things hockey. Now I'm just focused on finding a way to pass my math class so I can graduate college.

Confession #2: Ryder "Ox" Maddox's deep, sexy voice sends fuzzy tingles through my entire body, and I'm powerless to stop it. Which is a big problem since the hot, surprisingly funny hockey player is my new math tutor.

Confession #3: I can't stop thinking about how ripped Ryder is from all his hockey training, and how fun it'd be to cross lines with him.

Confession #4: I kissed a hockey player and I liked it.

Confession #5: If I'm not careful, I might relapse and fall for Ryder, and then I'll be totally pucked

This is book four in the Taking Shots series, but all books including this one can be read as a standalone. It helps to know all the people in the world of college, hockey and life that Cindi Madsen so wonderfully created. We have met Ryder and Lindsay in previous books and now finally get their own story. While I loved all books in the series I must say this one was my favorite one so far. I really enjoyed Lindsay and her backstory, even the not so fun parts of her past, but it made her to what we know and love now. Ryder. Oh My Swoon. He has his eyes on Lindsay and is pulling out all the stops to win her over. Their journey was sooo much fun to read. Though, of course not all is rainbows and unicorns for them and they are hitting a rough spot. I love how Cindi Madsen always finds the most sweetest and romantic ways to make it up not only to the characters but also the readers. Overall, great funny, sweet, romantic but also heartfelt and sexy read.

I really enjoyed it.
