Clara and Jeff, who only recently met on an online dating agency, fly off to Istanbul with practically not much more than the clothes on their backs. Not sure if this is a travelogue or Clara's story of how she recovered from "falling apart". Jeff I didn't take to at all - he comes across as selfish, (too much "me, me, me"). He was pushy and a freeloader. Both too were ever so slightly patronising, especially on the UK leg of their journey. I was disappointed by this book and even the writer's obvious talent didn't make up for it.
