This is such a fun book to read to lower grades in elementary school! I think that this is a great book for students to read and learn that animals don't need clothes because they are made to live without them. I would use this book to introduce nondiscrimination and that not everyone is like us. For example, when you look at the cover, you see that the porcupine cannot wear a shirt, but a kangaroo could. It teaches students, that not everyone is the same, but that does not mean that they are wrong.   

Stitches in Time: The Story of the Cloth... Pretty good for the most part, offers titbits about a variety of clothes but sometimes forgets that there are still people who do things differently. Managed to ruffle my feathers by misquoting the much maligned J. M. Synge which is lazy. Which would make me question some of the rest of the scholarship. Extensively bibliographed though and the illustrations are quite good.

Worth a read for some bits and pieces of information and the research rabbit holes it generates.

I really enjoyed this story. The romance and flirting were great, with chemistry off the charts and a lot of fun conversations. I loved how forward and persistent Tyler was, with an argument for everything. The whole student/teacher thing was also handled really well.
I smiled most of the way through.
However, there were editing issues (spelling, grammar, two people talking in the same paragraph) which I could have overlooked if not for the ending. I felt like the story was just getting started when it ended. The author made such great strides to make the build up romantic, fraught with tension and attraction, but the ending was just have sex and suddenly it makes everything alright.
For me, there was no real resolution. I wanted to see more; at least a few more chapters if not novel length. It felt like such a great build up for a really disappointing ending that made the previous romance feel cheapened by the resolution of sex.

I really liked it. Thought it was cute. I always feel fond of the younger ones who know what (or who) they want and are determined to wear the older man's down. So I was cheering for Tyler to get his Ben :).

The ending sort of felt like HFN for me -- or maybe a beginning -- but I can imagine that Tyler will be able to knock down all of Ben's excuses and make it all the way through the HEA finish line ^^
