Full Coverage: Boys of Fall - Erin Nicholas

Full Coverage (Boys of Fall)

by Erin Nicholas

Kindle Edition, 187 pages

Published July 8th 2016 by EN Fiction, Inc.

My Review:

Ok where to start, this was an awesome HOT read as always and totally what we have come to love about Erin Nicholas. It's like that saying she's "like a good bottle of fine wine, get's better with age" that is totally true when it comes to Erin Nicholas.
Randi is really a girly girl - when she wants to be, she also has a crush on Nolan who "makes her feel awkward and jittery and reminds her that she is not the brightest bulb in the drawer". But never actually made her feel that way, it was all her.
Nolan was a nerd, is still a nerd but man oh man he is a Sexy, Smokin HOT nerd, who preferred to watch things from the side lines. I guess when they say opposites attract that is definitely the case with Randi and Nolan. As these two get closer we see how both characters act outside their comfort zone and for me Randi totally held her own which is what made me fall in love with this story - Hot country Texan boys and Sexy confident heroines!!!
It has an amazing storyline about love friendship insecurities and each character's ability to adapt. there was plenty of smokin' HOT scenes which we have come to love from these Boys of Fall Novels. It will have you laughing and definitely make you fall in love, but, best of all you won't be disappointed and that will keep your turning the pages!!
A must read for die hard fans of Erin Nicholas and Boys of Fall. Just make sure you have plenty of tequila, you will need it :-)

Seventh novels reaffirms why I write

I've finished the first draft of The Local Rag.

It's now resting for about three months or until I've got it out of my system. Then I'll do another rewrite and send it to my beta readers. They'll come back to me in about six weeks with lots of errors and some incites.

This is my seventh novel. Why, you might ask, did I write this book when the previous six have cost me more in postage and delivery than I've made in royalties?

So more for myself than for you, let me review the reasons I write:

• I write because it's fun. If you need me to explain fun, well, I'm sorry for you.

• I write because I learn stuff. All my novels are about something I want to learn more about. As the story unfolds I'm doing research and learning right along with my characters.

• I write because I hope to share my views about issues that are important to me - I'm still hoping to.

The Local Rag is about journalism, the media, publishing, and the truth.

My career in journalism, mostly as publisher and editor of my own community newspapers, has spanned nearly forty years. I've seen lots of changes but none so disconcerting as what I see today. I set out to learn more about the concentration of media ownership, the decline of print and the rise of online news outlets, and the role of citizen journalism (also known as public, participatory, democratic, guerrilla or street journalism) and how it affects the legitimacy of our news.

I learned a lot.

I'm sharing what I learned in the context of a novel that also includes friendship, small business, politics, murder, crime and corruption.

Have I missed anything?

Why don't you tell me? There are never enough beta readers.

Three months from now I'll be sending out the manuscript to beta readers. At that time the manuscript will be quite polished, but by my eyes only. I'm looking for my beta readers to find plot glitches, inconsistencies, typos, spelling mistakes - anything and everything that will make The Local Rag a better read and error free.

All beta readers are acknowledged in the front matter of the book and get a paperback edition free.

Complaints against Contraceptive Coverage in America Continues

About half of the United States pregnancies are unintended. The threat of overpopulation has already concerned more than the government until a law was finally drafted for the inclusion of contraceptive coverage in all public employee health care insurance.

Since the bill was passed on 2012, religious and moral activists have started to sue and complain on its legalization. There were those who disapprove on its implication. Many say that it encourages sexual intercourse even without marriage, an act condemned by the church and any religious practice. Other pointed out that it prevents life. More than a hundred complaints were filed due to its infringement of religious laws and liberty.

Because of this reasons, the separation between state and church has long been crossed.

From nuns, Little Sisters for the Poor to Catholic Education Institutions and large church leaders, the complaints are just as pouring. 18 for-profit companies have also filed a lawsuit to avoid complying with birth control law.

To better understand the provision of the bill and on how it is being included in the health plan, many private institutions conducted a study on a number of prescribed contraceptive methods. In a review by Westhill Insurance Consulting, has found out that although the law is requiring all insurance carriers to implement the provision, many are continuously limiting their coverage which is why many women may not be able to have coverage of their choice.

On the other hand, advocates of contraceptive coverage pointed out that there are more benefits and advantages this regulation imposes than what its critics understand. Millions of dollars are saved annually because of prepared medical assistance provided for contraceptives.

With the liberalization of this topic in the United States, other conservative nations take no stand on the issue. Each country is now on its own but many individuals from other liberal countries have expressed either grief or support to the coverage while their homelands remain passive. Employees from Jakarta, Indonesia, for instance expressed how it would be beneficial for them if it be passed in their country which is the largest Islam country in the world but they asked that their identities be hidden. In China, however, the use of contraceptives is already an open issue as 58% of their population uses it. No laws on its inclusion have been discussed yet though.
