True Souls (The Soulmates Series Book 2) - Michele Gantz

This story is a prequel for the acclaimed Entwined Souls.  I recommend reading them in order, if possible.  Prepare for a burning hot read!

Michelle AKA Belle meets Jax after school from a new friend.  The instant connection is off the charts.  The air literally sizzles when they are in the same room.

Jax wants to stay away.  She is young, a friend to his sister.  The urge to be with her is clawing under his skin.  He wants to protect her.  The kisses are molten.  She is his.

This was such a fast paced read!  So much going on, and bless this author, with the flashbacks - it is easier to understand.  I loved the chemistry, even though it was quick.  Sometimes love just is.  I give this book a 3/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

Book Blitz – Entwined Souls
Book Blitz:
Entwined Souls
Michele Gantz
Dec 19th - Dec 24th

Amia Grace has always escaped into the abandoned graveyard to write, no clue why she’s drawn here of all places. Lately, it’s the only place that the feeling of being watched doesn’t overwhelm her. Everything in her life on track, until she meets Gage McGavin.

There’s something about him that creates a riot of emotions

that Amia can’t quite place her finger on.

One moment she wants him, the next she wants to run scared.

Gage only wants Amia for one reason. Her power. He knows that she’s more than just a writer. More than just a girl. She’s the future, and he plans on controlling that.

Until his brother enters the picture. Hunter has a goal of his own. Amia will be his.

What do you do when your soul isn't completely your own?

Kitty's Book Spot! Author Interview, with Author Michele Gantz:

1. What was your favorite childhood book to read?
My favorite books as a child was The Boxcar Kids books. I read them all!!!
2. Is there a different genre that you hope to write one day?
I tend to love all genres, right now I'm working on a new adult/erotica book along with a dark serial killer!!
3. Do you write to music or make playlists for your books?
I don't make play lists really, as I tend to write to what puts me in the mood. Such as with Entwined Souls, seeing as Hunter was inspired by Dean Winchester from Supernatural, I watched hours upon hours of Supernatural while writing!
4. What do you hope readers will take away from your story?
Entwined Souls was a love story from the beginning. This story, for me, is about how love can truly over come anything and how true love can make you a better person.
5. Is there anything you are willing to share with our readers (something no one knows about you, yet?)
Hmm, let's see. I'm a debut so most people know nothing about me lol! Let's go with this, I love love love writing sex scenes. I've been told their my strongest skill.
6. What will you be doing for the Christmas holiday season? Do you have any traditions you keep?
We have a huge Italian dinner on Christmas, lasagna, ziti, garlic bread, shrimp scampi (I'm making myself hungry) on Christmas and I love it. In addition to that, we always leave Santa eggnog vs. Milk on Christmas cause we figure he needs a new drink lol!!!
In my time on this Earth, I have always been intrigued by the written word. As a child, I was always a strong reader. As I grew older, I found other hobbies, that was until I was introduced to Edward Cullen, yes, I was a Twihard! I loved the Twilight Saga very much and opened my eyes back to the Young Adult book world. I was ravenous again, reading any YA book I could get my hands on.This eventually lead to the inevitable right? Fifty Shades of Grey entered my world, and while I, like many, enjoyed it. But I was left thinking, wow, the romance genre really has changed, and I like it!! I began paging through Amazon desperately searching for books. Then I discovered book blogs and my world was done. I eventually became a reviewer for a blog, and couldn’t have been more thrilled. I discovered a love within myself for dark, dangerous antiheroes that could be found within the pages of books. This amazing indie book world introduced me to some of my now best friends, opened my eyes to amazing authors, and has turned into a career that I know love. After reviewing for another blog and helping with blogging duties, I craved running my own blog, and with the help of some of the most amazing women, we created #Minxes Love Books. Silly name as it may seem, we had fallen in love with Jaimie Roberts writing, and we were known for creating funny hashtags in her street team. She began calling us her #Minxes, so we KNEW when we started a blog, that it just had to be that! We have grown a following and love what we do!! Now, join me as I enter into the world of authorship. I honestly cannot wait to share this story as these characters have been screaming in my head for years for me to tell their story.

Gantz Associates How We Help

When a foreclosure notice is posted on your door, you may feel helpless, hopeless and alone. You are not! You have the law firm of Gantz Associates, and we can help. At Gantz Associates, we’ve developed a highly successful approach, wherein we not only gather our clients’ financial and other personal information, but we also discuss our clients’ goals and future plans, in order to assess their situation as a whole, and formulate a plan tailored to fit their particular needs.

Unlike other firms contacting you in foreclosure, we do not recommend bankruptcy to every client. In fact, some clients want to stay in a school district, or save homes passed through generations. Others see crime, and no longer feel safe, but are concerned about debt following them. Others are retirees, downsizing an empty nest or living on reduced income. Regardless of your circumstances, there is a plan for you, including:

Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. For clients who wish to save their homes, and who have sufficient income and reasonable mortgage terms, but who simply cannot afford to pay the amount required to reinstate their mortgage, the plan will consist of a Chapter 13 bankruptcy repayment plan.

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. For clients who are not emotionally attached to their homes, or simply cannot afford them, the plan will consist of a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, to eliminate the debt, and provide a fresh start.

Short Sale/Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure/Cash for Redemption. For clients who are not attached to their homes, or cannot afford them, but who don’t qualify for bankruptcy, for whatever reason, the plan will consist of a short sale, deed in lieu of foreclosure, or cash for redemption, enabling the client to walk away debt free, and often with a few thousand dollars from the bank.

Short Settlement. For clients who wish to save their homes, and who either have available cash reserves, the ability to borrow significant funds, or significant income that would render them eligible for short-term financing, the plan will consist of a short settlement, wherein the lender agrees to settle the entire mortgage account for a substantial discount.  As but one example, we were recently successful in settling and discharging a client’s mortgage debt for just 60% of the total principal balance owing on the account.

Foreclosure Litigation. For clients with unreasonable mortgage terms, who are desperate to save homes either scheduled for or even already sold at public auction, the foreclosure prevention plan will consist of a lawsuit, with claims including:

  • Authority to foreclose/failure of condition precedent. Is your servicer relying on a robo-signed Assignment? Was your loan properly placed into an asset-backed-security, per the “Pooling and Servicing Agreement”?

  • Breach of contract/promissory estoppel/fraud/misrepresentation. Were you tricked into foreclosure, with promises of modification, only to have the rug pulled out from underneath you?

  • Improper Amount Owed/Fraudulent Escrow. From payments put in suspense accounts, to forced escrows of property taxes and/or insurance, is your foreclosure based upon an improperly inflated amount due?

  • Violations of the Michigan Statutory Modification Laws. Did you participate in the statutory modification process, and qualify for modification, only to have an illegal sheriff’s sale scheduled on your home?

  • Tortuous Interference with Contractual Relations, Civil Conspiracy, etc. Have third parties in receivership with the federal government, such as Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, or trustees for exotic asset-backed securities in which your loan was pooled and sold as an investment, such as Deutsche Bank or The Bank of New York, insisted that your loan servicer foreclose, instead of modify your loan, in order to achieve a bailout or to cash in on a private mortgage insurance policy or sweetheart deal with the FDIC?

You may be thinking: “Sounds great, but how can I pay a lawyer when I can’t pay my mortgage?” If you are willing to entrust your home to us, we will figure out a way to work with you! Call us now, at (248) 987-6505, to formulate your plan.
