Day 16 - Favorite female character
I know most female readers do love kickass women, and these are some representations of such. But they’re complex kickass women. They have flaws and weaknesses and problems that don’t have easy answers. In other words, same rules as with the men: lots of character development.
Again the books from series feature my favorite moments in their storylines. Also, you can say whatever you want to say about Mockingjay, but Katniss was amazing in that book.
- Jessie Burlingame (Gerald’s Game by Stephen King)
- Lisbeth Salander (The Millennium Trilogy: The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson)
- Daenerys Targaryen (A Song of Ice and Fire: A Storm of Swords by George R.R. Martin)
- Katniss Everdeen (The Hunger Games: Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins)
