Best Time to Trek Everest Region

. Wet wipes and tissues.

. Pocket knife/multi-bladed tool.

. Watch with altimeter/GPS.

. Emergency blanket.

. Snacks (nuts, energy bars).

. Freezer bags.                   

. Binoculars.
