We interpret, speculate, and project the words, thoughts and emotions around us. We should enter a space of awareness of our present moment with no emotional filters, no regrets of the past or hopes for the future, with no daydreaming and no nightmares. An ability to concentrate will give us an ability to transform a mundane situation into a very special one.

Like bees and butterflies around a candle light during a dark night, our bodies, minds and souls get attracted to the ‘light’.  The symbolism of Light around the world is mapped within our spiritual practices that use 'Light' as a medium and our spiritual experiences of Divine that often have ‘light’ as the central point.

 

We use words like: ‘divine light’, ‘clear light’, ‘enlightenment’, ‘pure light’, ‘light body’, ‘astral light’ to express our highest meditative states, prayer contemplation, and our overall connection with what we call ‘Divine’.
