Short Review: I can relate to Vera so much, when she was thinking about how that poor guy could have killed her and chopped her up, i think like that all the time, so i get it. It was very cool to have "Words from dead guy" in the story as well. It was nice to have Charlie's input after the fact. The whole animal thing was a bit much for me, but i guess it's better than beating up some people. This books does a good job of depicting the pressures of turning out like your parents, and how things can spiral out of control pretty fast. It was very fast pace and i enjoyed reading it. I just didn't like the creepy 23yr old.

So I got dumped. It sucks. Not mad at him, he was really sweet about it and its a complicated situation. Just sad. 

Anyway, my point in sharing this is I think I'm gonna be putting Needful Things on hold. It's good, I am enjoying it, I just kind of need comfort reads right now. Maybe Wizard of Oz or Jurassic Park. Not sure when my next review will be, so I just wanted to let you all know in case you were really looking forward to my next reviews. Sorry about that.

It has not been a good day. And I have a feeling tomorrow won't be much better. I need a distraction. So if you would like to ask me something, feel free. It can be about books, life, the weather, whatever. Just looking for a way to get my mind off of less than pleasant things. 

I feel bad. I haven't done any reading since last week. Like, MAYBE a page of Illuminae but that's about it. It's been a busy week. Work picked up, had a job interview today, and I've been cuddling with Laundromat Guy. Illuminae's due next week though so I'll do my best to get some more read. If only because I really do wanna know what happens next. So we'll see.
