There is no way of getting over, under or around what a J.H. Croix story can do to your heart. Somewhere between the first introduction and the last goodbye, it becomes easy to forget everything else and just feel. Easy This Time takes a beautiful heartache and turns it into an other worldly experience. Mari and Nash find an ethereal love story hidden beneath a great deal of pain. From damsel in distress to a beautiful warrior, Mari breaks free of the darkest of heartaches to breathe new life into her broken soul. Nash is proof that an ugly dream can give way to a wonderful reality.

Croix tops my list of all time favorite authors. Her stories are drowning in heart, inspired with hope and burning up with heat. Each time it's time to say goodbye, I anxiously await the next hello. Still Go Crazy is a tale of new beginnings and happy endings. A celebration of long-standing friendships and leaps of faith. Grace and Boone wrap themselves so deeply around the heart, it's hard to tell where you begin and they end.

Let me start by saying I'm not a big fan of sports romance, BUT, I have read and enjoyed other books by this author so, I'm in. this book is written in first person, alternating point of view format, not my favorite but it totally works in this book. The Play is an exciting sports romance by J.H. Croix. Ms. Croix has delivered a well-written book. I loved the characters in this story! Professional soccer player Liam is injured and the team doctor insists on the best for his surgery. Olivia is the doctor that does the surgery on Liam's leg. Olivia and Liam's story is packed with drama, humor, sizzle and misunderstandings. I enjoyed reading The Play and look forward to reading more from J.H. Croix in the future. The Play is book 1 of the Brit Boys Sports Series but can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

Truly Madly Mine is J.H. Croix at her best. Wade and Dani have been dancing around the inevitable for far too long and I am glad to finally understand how their waltz began. From young love to adult heartache, Croix takes hearts through the turbulent fire of love that refuses to burn it's flame out. Wade and Dani fight their way through battle scars that run deep enough to swim in. No one does unpredictable like Croix. From heartache to heartwarming, indulgent and chaotic, Croix and her stories baracade themselves so deep inside a heart, that her characters refuse to let go.
