I did read some comics but never something bigger than 24 pages. I was pleasantly surprised by the book. I love ghost house stories and this was a very nice ghost house. The story begins a bit weird. The first text does not make sense cause you miss out on details. Soon they become clearer though and you manage to understand those first pages better. I very much liked the way the authors portrayed the struggle of the characters when they had to "go on" with their lives. With the characters in the story I had more of a struggle. Some where easy to connect to or to hate like Bode and Sam. The others though at points significant did not always impress me enough. I had a hard time getting a grip on Tyler.Still I really enjoyed my first try and am for sure getting the next in this series cause I am curious about the rest of the keys, doors and ghosts.
