Cosmetics plant and facility requirements:

Whether the production environment of the perfume pen bottles suppliers is neat and tidy, whether the plant floor, road surface and transportation cause pollution to the cosmetics production.

Whether the production area is far away from pollution sources. The power required for production, whether the auxiliary facilities such as “three wastes” treatment cause pollution to the production environment

Whether the plant sets the functions according to the production process and the required air cleanliness level, and arranges them reasonably.

Raw material pretreatment, weighing, preparation, packaging materials and containers cleaning and disinfection, semi-finished product storage, packaging, finished packaging and other processes are set separately.

Whether the products that are prone to dust or the use of harmful, flammable and explosive materials in the production process use separate production workshops and special production equipment, and whether there are corresponding sanitary and safety measures.

Does the facility have facilities to prevent insects and other animals from entering.

Whether the ground in the production area is flat, wear-resistant, non-slip, non-toxic, no water seepage, no water accumulation, easy to clean and disinfect.

Whether the four walls and ceiling of the workshop are easy to clean and disinfect. Is there a suitable waterproof layer height?

Whether the production area has good ventilation and disinfection facilities. Whether the fresh air entering the production area has been filtered.
