Frog and Toad Together
Frog and Toad Together - Arnold Lobel

I have always loved this book.  Still a great read.  This book would be cute for kindergarten students.  Good to teach kindness and about friendship.

Terrible, Awful, Horrible Manners
Terrible, Awful, Horrible Manners! - Beth Bracken

This book is great for kids just going into grade school.  Kindergarten or first grade would probably benefit from it.  Perfect for showing students how you expect them to act,

If You Give a Mouse a Cookie
If You Give a Mouse a Cookie - Laura Joffe Numeroff,Felicia Bond

This book is a great children's book.  I think that it is definitely for younger kids, maybe Kindergarten would like this being read in class. This book would be good for teaching cause and effect.

What Teachers Can't Do
What Teachers Can't Do - Douglas Wood,Doug Cushman

This book is a great book for introduction into the school system.  This book would be great to use with kids to break the ice into a new classroom and new teacher.  Perfect for kindergarten and 1st would probably work best for this read.

Chicka Chicka Boom Boom
Chicka Chicka Boom Boom - Bill Martin Jr.,John Archambault,Lois Ehlert

Chicka Chicka Boom Boom is a classic book for repetition and rhyming.  Students will feel more confidant with rhyming after reading this book.  Every student who has read this book can sing along with the story in the second reading.  I think this book is good for K-2nd grade.
