I feel like this was even better the second time because I wasn't continually wondering where the-f Raffe was.  I knew I wouldn't see him for a while.   Besides, when Raffe did hook up with Penryn, finally; it turns out it was worth the wait.  I also feel like I was able to glean more on the plot itself this second time around.   I really love these characters and loved how Caitlin Davies brought them all to life.

Will I continue this series⇜  I'm re-reading with Audio, the entire 3-book series --up next is End Of Days

My Thoughts

Angelfall was one of the first books I purchased and read on my kindle…I took a chance on this back in December of 2011, knowing absolutely nothing about it, I think it was priced at 99Cents and I remember thinking while I was reading this…this is really good…a lot better than the last book I had gotten (whatever that one was).  To this day, it's still the best Angel book I've ever read.  I think that's because of its unique storyline of an Angel Apocalypse.  Also, maybe a little to do with a hot brooding Angel (Raffe) and a kick-ass heroine (Penryn).

Will I continue this series?⇜  I purchased all of the audiobooks for this for 1.99 a piece because I already own the eBooks, so yeah, I'm going to read all 3.

Raised by Wolves
Raised by Wolves - Jennifer Lynn Barnes

Raised by Wolves was a lot better than what I was expecting. Yea sure I had some small issues with it but the good far outweighed the bad.
And I can't recall the last time I laughed so much while reading. The humour in this book + Bryn's personality was great.

Looking forward to reading the next one.

4 stars.

Interview with the Vampire
Interview with the Vampire - Anne Rice

Listening to this as an audiobook/MP3 CD was the only way I was going to read this. It's not my usual read at all. I like my vampire stories but I love them to have romance in them, this was very low on that--at least in the respect I mean. There's lot of mentions of love and passion but I think they meant it in the sire/fledgling way--I think anyway.

I haven't seen the film and I'm not thinking of watching it anytime soon, though it may be something I enjoy more that way than by reading/listening to it.

Not my kind of book but at least I've read/listened to it.

Review: Cinder by Marissa Meyer

This was just Fun!!
Cinderella would be proud!!

Inventive and Invigorating. Surprisingly original and refreshing for a fairy tale retelling!

I really did love this story. Even if the world building fell short, just a tiny bit, it certainly didn't take any thing away from the awesomeness of the story :) I loved all the characters, the bad ones, the sick ones, the androids and even the stepsisters.

I especially loved Cinder's character. Even with grease stained clothes and cyborg parts. She is just a teenage girl, who's witty and smart, and a highly skillful mechanic. She faces strenuous obstacles like a fatal plague, a persistent Prince and an unpleasant Stepmother. All she wants to do is run away from it all but she can't.....
Not after what she has just found out!

Her world is on the brink of an Intergalactic war with the Lunars. Cinder is caught in the middle of it all and we won't know what will happen because of the bloody cliffhanger!

That's okay! hahaha I have the next book, which I've already started reading (and love so far)
That's one good reason why I'm glad it took me so long to read this series. Now I don't have to wait for the next... OH WAIT!!!!!
There's one more book. "Winter" and it doesn't come out til next year.

I guess I'll just try and read the rest of Scarlet and Cress really
Reeeaaalllyyy sllloooowwwwwwlllyyy....

But seriously, If you haven't read this book yet, I highly recommend that you do! A simply spectacular story!! And if you get the chance, listen to it on audio. I listened to it while driving in my car. Half the time I found myself parked in my driveway after running errands just listening away. It's extremely entertaining!!!
