This is one of the best books I've come across since I began taking an interest in mindfulness. It's slightly different than other books I've read on the subject, because it guides the reader in how to use mindfulness as a way of effectively dealing wih difficult emotions. Even at this early point I would highly recommend the book if you struggle with diffficult emotions. It'll guide you in how to effectively manage those emotions through the use of awareness and self-compassion.
