Fancy meeting you
Tickle His Fancy: Trident Security Book 6 (Trident Security Series) - Samantha A. Cole,Eve Arroyo

This is book #6 in the Trident Security series.  This book can be read as a standalone.  Characters and situations in the book refer to earlier stories in the series, so I recommend reading the stories in order.

Brody & Fancy are attracted to one another right from the start.  Both have secrets from the past that they are not sure how to share.  They have more in common that at first glance.

Fancy has been hurt and it is hard to move past that.  With all that is going on, do they even stand a chance?  Brody wants to make her his.  If she is ready to take a chance, forever is just a kiss away.

I was seriously touched by this story.  I love all the books in this series, and this just felt like more.  The characters were sexy and sincere.  I loved the team together, the trust, the camaraderie.  Absolutely cannot wait for the next book!  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

Children's Review: Forty Fun Fables: That Trick, Tickle and Teach
Forty Fun Fables: Tales that Trick, Tickle and Teach - F. Baird Hoffmire,Mitch Weiss,Martha Hamilton

We received this book to give an honest review.

K and I both really enjoyed this book. I have never read any fables to him so I wasn't sure what he would think about this kind of book being read to him.

I have to say he liked it, especially when we discussed the moral of the story after reading each one I think that he was learning a little bit on the lessons that were being told. The fables vary and they are short so you are not reading more than a page for each one so that makes it really easy to enjoy. As far as pictures umm there are few but that was okay with us.

At the end of the book is something for the teachers and parents to read to help the students or child. I didn't read it so I am not sure if it is helpful or not I was more interested in the fables from Aesop and around the world.

Questions and Answers with K.

1. Did you enjoy the book?

"Yes I did, I liked how the stories each had animals in them."

2. Did you feel you learned anything?

"I think I did but I might forget some of them."

Laugh Out Loud Funny.
You Really Are Full of Shit, Aren't You? - Karl Wiggins

I loved this book. I laughed at Karl's comments and I wish he really were an advice columnist so I could read him everyday. His common sense approach to the questions posed to advice columnists is refreshing. He is not politically correct - he is simply correct. If you want a good laugh I highly recommend this book.

The Tickle Tree - Chae Strathie,Poly Bernatene The illustrations are the best part of this book. They are gorgeous and really worth getting the book. The writing on the other hand...not so great. It felt like the author was trying really hard to be Dr. Seuss and just did not meet that goal. Just go read your kid some Seuss instead.
