I'm one of those people that just can't stop reading a series. But, it's been a struggle with reading the Stephanie Plum Series because now that we are at book twenty, I've been asking myself how long I'm going to continue with the series. Stephanie has gotten into more trouble, getting cars blown...

2 stars only because I did finish it.This was more of the same from Janet Evanovich. It will also mostly likely be the last I read of this series. The characters are not growing, the plots are the same, the humor is the same... It is just getting boring. At least no cars got blown up. I actually had...

What can I say? I love Stephanie Plum's antics! Takedown Twenty was fun. I feel that a lot of the usual heat was missing. I blame it on Morelli. Ranger brings the heat. Morelli needs to have an affair so Stephanie moves on. To RANGER! Just this girls opinion!

Same book as the last few just a different case. Please give us something new, anything. I may need to wait til the series is complete and read the final book because this is getting frustrating.

How many times does Stephanie almost die in these books? Sometimes I think she does stupid things on purpose! Everytime I finish one of these books I tell myself I'm not going to read the next one. Yeah, I've been saying that for the past several books and look, I've read the next one. I've been s...

Just okay. Loved the giraffe. Stef needs to make some decisions, the series is getting old.

I don't care! I love this series! I actually love the love triangle! I'm unrepentant in my love for these books, even if, after 20 of them, there has been no evolution or growth for Stephanie et al. Well, that's out of the way now. Takedown Twenty has Stephanie trying to catch the most popula...

Takedown Twenty is definitely better than the previous few books in the Stephanie Plum series. Is it great or memorable? No, but I don't feel like I wasted a lot of time with this one. I think it would be hard to be original by the time a series reached twenty books and this book proves that point. ...

Another good Stephanie Plum novel. The usual: tension with Morelli, tension with Ranger, Lula gets obsessed with a giraffe running around Trenton (great laughs there), Cluck-in-a-bucket. The way someone tries to kill Stephanie this time is pretty unusual.I do wish Stephanie would put Morelli on th...

You always know what you're going to get with a new Plum book....an iffy mystery and a lot of laughs. This one was more of the same, though the bad guy ended up being a pretty nasty person after all. Steph's questioning her "career choice" a lot in this one and maybe taking a harder look at her re...
