I loved this book. It had everything. A rocker, who is a genius. Hot girl, a fun caring friend, a bitch bff, Shade, SEX that only certain minds can comprehend. Just fantastic. OC is the queen of rocker smut, and I want more ASAP.
Nikki got on every last one of my nerves the whole way through this book. I wanted to strangle her the whole time. I could barely enjoy the time between Gabe and Melanie. I do like the HEA, as always.
Two very disappointed stars for this book. Maybe it was a case of mismatched expectation and reality. The first book in this series, Try Me, deals with these same two characters, Melanie and Gabe "Force" Banner. I was really looking forward to their "second date" but this book was just a train-wreck...
i have to start off by saying that Olivia Cunning is one of my fave authors... and the Sole Regret books are always such an incredibly fun ride...with that said... and i truly mean that with all of her books i have read. i am sad to admit, that i just did NOT feel this one at all.it felt very rushe...
