Samuel Faulkner's trouble with time started at 9:48 Saturday morning. - first sentence Sam's father is missing. While searching the basement of his father's antique bookstore, Sam finds a statue, a book and a coin. Sam inserts the coin in the statue and is transported back to Scotland in 800 A.D....
Really fun and engaging story about a kid whose father goes missing, and when the kid starts searching for him, the kid starts jumping through history in a unique way. Before I realized it, it was over! Oh, and there'd better be a sequel. Soon.
