In the kingdom of Torimiris lies the bodies of hundreds. People burning and screaming here come the terrible three. Satan's Fist, known as the three dragons, with the colors of greed gold, silver and bronze. They burn the village and lands with their purple, black and white flames. A group comes from the north to offer their help led by the king of Nethermore and his band of brothers. The King of Torimiris wants to rid his kingdom of this scourge, but there’s more to the king and his true motives. The brothers arrive and spend the night eating and enjoying the pleasures the king’s wives can give. Then morning arrives and the castle is about to be attacked. Book ExtractI looked up to the top of the wall of the castle and saw Shyxeh loading the sword of arrow and aiming it at one of the dragons. At the same time Rickthor was coming down the hill where he was situated on and while he screamed and waved his sword. The Silver Dragon had turned its rage on the villagers that cowered in fear. Children were left in the open as their parents were seeking for refuge, not realizing that their kids were shocked into stillness. The Silver Dragon shoots its fiery breath down at the kids and Rickthor uses his mighty shield to block the flames from the children. I’m too far away and too busy dodging the flames from the other two to do anything but watch.Rickthor holds his place, but the shield is beginning to melt and it’s only a matter of time before there’s nothing left to hold. I watch as he reels back and throws the sword in his hand into the air. It is a last ditch effort that might cost him his life. There’s an anguished scream and I realize that it’s not Rickthor making the sound. Blood pours from the wound on the Silver Dragons left paw and it shrieks into the sky and flies over the trees, leaving his two brethren to fend for themselves. Apparently, the skin on their paws or claws are less dense that that of its hide. The wind swirls around us and the Gold one has Reneg and myself cornered against the castle walls. The Bronze one turns towards the castle and sees Shyxeh aiming at it and flies directly towards him. Reading Time: 19 mins.
