I was expecting something grand here, but the end turned out to be pretty ordinary. Apart from that, this was an engrossing and fun read. Paul Sussman was (sadly, he died suddenly in May, 2012) an archaeologist in Egypt, so his descriptions related to ancient Egyptology were very interesting. Sadly...
