It was quite refreshing re-reading this, especially with the movies almost concluded. I remembered quite a bit, but I had also forgotten quite a few things about the book. I think I may have to make the re-read and annual thing.Bilbo's adventure is through, now off to retackle Frodo's!

Finally finished! This book seemed to take me forever to read. Every time I read a little bit, I fell asleep. I would like to read it during a less stress point in my life. I think I just have too much going on to properly enjoy this book.
