I enjoyed it too. A great way for me to stretch my horizons a bit.
Just got here, and looks like I missed out on a good one. I plan to read it anyway and am looking forward to the next BR
I liked it, gave it 4 stars. I really, really liked Minnie except for her reactions after the first smexy scene. I also didn't care for the dowager's transformation. Seemed too implausible for me. But on the whole it was a very well written novel with great, fleshed out characters and a good mystery (even though I did have the villain pegged from the start). I haven't written a review yet, I'm emerging from a slump and I've got oodles of quotes to sift through. Hopefully this weekend I'll post a real review.
