My current goal is set at 175, but I just finished reading & reviewing #146 so I think I'll be changing my goal! I'm upping it up to 200. Wish me luck (and no evil work things that steal my reading time!)
Speed reader with an almost photographic memory, so I retain and enjoy reading. But I can normally read about 100 pages an hour, depending on how engrossed I am in the book! Last year I ended up reading 217 books total plus planning my wedding and getting married.

Sometimes I wonder if my brain is so packed full of knowledge that it's the reason I get migraines! ^_^

Oh, and it's 147 now. Probably 148 by the end of the evening... or 149. I'm partway through a couple of books that I was asked to review, so I might finish both of them tonight or tomorrow.
Mine isn't completely photographic... I remember more about the emotions of the scenes than the exact words, though most of the time I remember most of the wording of what I read as well. My manager is constantly asking me questions about rules/policy because she knows that I'll remember them! I love books though... they're my passion as well, and I can't imagine not reading them. It's a doorway into a fantasy world, and when I re-read a book (especially one in a series) I know that I'm going to find something that I didn't pick up on the first time, as I'm putting the pieces of a puzzle together. When a new book in a series comes out, I love re-reading all of the prior ones so that the setting is in place for a new or continued plot, characters that I love and more people to meet.
One of my favorite series right now is the Imager series by L.E.Modesitt. Here's a link to the first book in the series... there are current 8 books. I've read the first 7, and I hope to have some time soon to re-read the first 7 and read the 8th as well:

Imager

The link to the entire series on Amazon US is Here

I'm sure you have your own version of Amazon in Poland, or a similar site where you can order books?
Awesome!!! Good luck!!!
