Izzard's funny ( how I wish we could embed things in these comments)

So do I! (We'll get there, I'm sure ...)
I'm a fellow goodreads escapee, too. I kept "Debbie Rice" but did change names a lot as I thought of passive/aggressive stabs at the PTB. So, my actual profile shows under "goodreads" on my booklikes blog.
Nothing really to see on my goodreads profile other than group and status comments. I pulled reviews and ratings and am gradually moving over book comments or reading progress updates. And drastically abbreviated the shelves I did not delete.
Hey you guys. This is a pretty great idea for a group.
My name over at goodreads is Rashika but I decided to use my blogs name when signing up for booklikes :P
I have the same name and same avatar in both places. Hi dear friends, and I hope to find new friends too.
Chrissie--is that your beautiful dog in your avatar? Wow! Newfoundland?

hah - a slice of 'or' needed here to!
Hi all! I used to be BunWat on Goodreads, and now go under Bunny over there. Glad to reconnect with peeps here, Hi Lisa Vegan!! Also joining in on the Izzard love.
Hi! I came over from Goodreads because some of my friends emigrated to Booklikes and I´m not OK with Goodreads new ideas of censoring. Instead of buying books this month I had to buy a wrinkle cream and a Double Serum Age control concentrate which cost me more than 200 Euros because I was frowning so much at Goodreads new masterpiece of censorship - I´m sure Clarins will send a thank-you card to GRamazon and start advertising there :)
Although I´m not affected (at least I hope so) by the new policy I opened an account here - just in case. I´m not leaving Goodreads I will stay on both sites because both have their benefit for me. Here I like half-star rating and the possibility the blog gives me.
My name and avatar are the same here and on Goodreads - Inara
I think this group is a great way to stay in touch with people from Goodreads and so I decided to join this group and so - here I am ;D
I'm part of the exodus from GR, too. I still have a GR profile under the same name, FREEBIRD, but I am finding BL to be a much more positive experience, and it has a much friendlier atmosphere. Also, no censorship, so yay!
I'm also a GR refugee, same profile name, different picture (there I'm Buffy with her Vampyre book). I'm really digging BL, but am so glad to see these groups now, even with all the blog posts it felt a little isolated, glad to have a place where we can "talk".
Also, cake. (You ran out didn't you? ratso)
I haven't left GR, but like a lot of people, I created a BL account just in case and am starting to get more comfortable here. I am Mirkat on GR.
Ditto, came from GR, but haven't left there 100 percent. I think there is a lot to like at this site, tho. Thanks, Carol, for setting up the group.

I've left GR and deleted my account, more over the refusal to notify the whole user group and seeming capricious decision-making. I have a shell account there in order to follow a few groups, but no books, reviews, cover scans, librarianism, helping, or even, really, comments. My books are here.
