This romantic suspense was full of fast paced exciting action but the genius hero was a weakling allowing his monetary situation and all the coincidences throughout the story became unbelievable and I started skimming. Nearly asleep at the wheel, firefighter Zack runs into the back of exotic dancer ...
This is just ridiculous. I can only suspend my disbelief so far. Skimmed the second half just to see how it ends.

Compared to the first book, a solid 4...compared to other books I've read, more like a 2. I needed more firefighter-ness and less pungency. Not sure if I'll continue the series or not...
