More developed than the first and a bit more of development on the part of Sam. Justice was served even if the road there was bumpy in both a writing and plot. I downloaded the next book in the series after reading the last sentence of this book! That was after I yelled "NO!" at my kindle. Stupid cliffhangers will get me everytime.....
A fun book, I really love Sam. But the books could be a little longer IMO...
