Vickie S. Miller lives in the last frontier where she uses the early morning hours to weave stories before heading off to her day job. She has studied Psychology, and Professional Counseling and is currently pursuing an M.F.A in Creative Writing and Literary Fiction. She is the author of Soaring Alone a contemporary fiction novel about a woman who discovers she was kidnapped at birth and now must decide how she will define family. In addition to writing, Vickie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and loving on her giant puppy Omar.
