Very much like the first book. Like the science bits on Good Eats? You'll like this, too. There's even more science in this one, confined to sidebars that can be read or ignored at all. You can also ignore the horrible food-related puns between articles.
"all other things and never equal" and "all-natural" does not necessarily mean healthy. Excellent look at the science in your kitchen.
