Bruce Banner and the Hulk have been split, with the surgical precision needed to keep them separate. Except Bruce is slowly going mad, making an army of beast - or Hulk - men and trying to get his angrier half back. He simply can't cope without having The Hulk as part of him. And The Hulk...
Sara's rapist tries to court her. Here's the deal. The story is interesting, the art is gorgeous, but this particular plot line is absolute bullshit. I will keep one starring these books unless you fix this, because this ruins this completely for me.
Journey into Mystery Fear Itself volume two picks up where volume left us hanging. Thor is still imprisoned by Odin, who is determined to defeat his enemy, The Serpent, by destroying new Asgard (aka Earth). But Loki has a plan, and it might just work, if it doesn't get him killed. This is big bold...
I read these as individual comics and I own the first Gambit series. This omnibus of the first half of Gambit's adventures combines all of these together.I need to buy this so that I can have it on hand (easier than going through the individuals) and this is truly a must have for Gambit fans.
The x-men and many others combine to fight the evil that is Onslaught. There are those who will be sacraficed for the greater good but is it? Interesting but in some ways unsatisfying. It just seemed to gloss over some of the issues and ignore some others.

The book is split pretty solidly in two parts - one where he's teaming up with Storm on a wild mutant thieving spree and protracted escape from the forces of awful. I really enjoyed this half, as Storm is anot...
A posse of Deadpools. Interesting. Kidpool's ill-fated turn at the Xavier school is especially fun to read. But not much happens here. It is the prelude, and there are hints that something very big is about to happen, but it's mostly recruitment here.

A promising start, touches on the underlying reason for the existence of the X-Men. The art is kind of all over the place, but the pieces are all quite good. Nice to see While Portacio draw the X-Men again.
