To start with, this is listed as story 0.5 (which means 1st in my mind) of the With or Without series. I'm not sure how that is, maybe because it has werewolves and a character named Cole? Anyway, you won't miss anything if you skip this book. And I suggest you do. Devin is the new wolf in town...
