Snuck this one in between assignments this semester. I enjoyed it immensely, but have already forgotten all the clever things I wanted to say about it, except that Granny Weatherwax is my spirit animal.
Prithee don’t be alarumed by any strange words in this review. This book has divers archaic, fake, and misused words e-printed within. It may take me a while to throw off its influence and resume speaking proper, modern English again. But did I enjoy the book? Marry, this is the first Discworld ...
Celia Imrie doing Granny, Nanny, and Magret. What more do you want?The great thing about this audio book is that you notice things that you do not when you read it.
From the reviews I've read on this book, I should have enjoyed it a lot more than I did. I am disappointed in my effort on this book, perhaps a re-read someday. I just could not get into this book the way I have other Pratchett novels.
