I usually like this author's work, but there were too many plot holes for me to fully enjoy this one. So many things were just glossed over and never explained (the uncle stabbing Jayden in the beginning, Scott the real boyfriend, Matt's 'job'? just to name a few)
This began beautifully and was paced nicely up until Mark and Leif's tryst in the alley. After that, it felt rushed and like nothing was really resolved properly. This anthology has something for everyone. All the stories are good...several are absolutely wonderful! Loved the British vernacular...having grown up in Canada, most of it was comfortably familiar!
