OMG, I love Tina Fey! I got the audio (courtesy of my public library), so I had something to listen to on my way in to work. I took the long way home so I could finish it! I enjoyed hearing about her growing up, writing for SNL and being on SNL, 30 Rock, etc. There wasn't anything that I didn't like...

So last week I embarked upon my cruise a little worried (unnecessarily as it turned out) that I might burn through all 1,400 pages of reading material that I had brought with me. Because of this, I decided to stop at the ship's cafe where they kept a small collection of titles left behind by other p...

I read this book after some other comedy-memoirs recommended it. I did not feel any connection with her jokes and life story although her writing wasn't so bad.

This was a quick and enjoyable read. I did laugh out loud at several chapters. This book was written towards the career women who want a family life too. It also focused a lot on her writing career (for both improve, sketch, and scripted comedy shows). I did feel a connection with Fey, but also feel...

This book is a nice mix of humor, work related jokes, commentary on men, women, children, and humanity in general, a biography, and a satire of a self-help book. The audiobook is a bit of give and take: she refers to a PDF with pictures, which I did not have access to, but I can't imagine the book...

Tina Fey is totally hysterical and this book would have gotten a full five stars if she hadn't kept telling the listeners to refer to pictures and illustrations in the PDF version (Lady, don't you get it? I'm listening to this for the main reason that I CAN'T read it on PDF)! (An aside: I think you ...

Actress, and writer, Tina Fey writes her memoir with a little whining and humor. I loved Tina Fey on Saturday Night Live and have been a fan of her movies, so I was eager to listen to this audiobook. Listening to Fey talk about her childhood and knowing where she is at now in her life, seems to me...

Tina Fey's audio narration was a great companion on my runs these past couple of days. I just wish I hadn't run out (so to speak) of book 7 miles into a 10-mile run today. I'd even taken the precaution of downloading my next audiobook, but I ran into technical difficulties when attempting the trans...
