I don't think you need to say more. Thanks for confirming my suspicions about this book.
Btw, I hope there was a happy end for the shark.

Kind of ... but not exactly (SPOILER - Spoiler - Spoiler-Spoiler - Spoiler - spoiler - spoiler - spoiler: the big female dies, but she has a child which survives).

And you´re very welcome :).

I smell a sequel. :(

There are 4 sequels. I will avoid them like the plague ;)
Yeah, eff this book, I tried it. I wanted everyone eaten slowly.
I didn’t finish it so they may have actually been consumed!

You didn´t read about how the hero destroys the shark from the inside? (And he survives, btw). The ending is incredibly dumb.
As for the other characters: some of them die, some of them live. It was bound to happen, wasn´t it?.

Is that why the hero was called Jonas? I had been wondering about that ... and whether the story would take such a turn.

Oh my, I didn´t even think along those lines. I´m telling you, this book might have caused my brain to shut down ;D.
Mmh, maybe. It´s never mentioned anywhere, so I don´t know for sure. And there hasn´t been an afterword from the author.

Was it Jonas who destroyed the shark from the inside in this book?

Yep! He has claustrophobia and PTSD, but he still manages to kill that poor shark ... from the inside!

Strangely, the fact that the author needed to steal from the Old Testament makes the book suck even more. Where is the original thought?!?! LoL.

This whole thing read like a book constructed after the "how do I write a B movie type of story" manuscript. Not an original thought to be found in this one ;D.
