I haven't waited quite that long before reading a book, but only because I haven't been an adult that long, I haven't been buying books for that many years. Give me another 10 years and I'm sure there will be books in my library that have been waiting as long as this one.
I started collecting as soon as I could earn my own money (16) and kind of went nuts in the 90's! I've read this one a few times before in novel format (it was in the Books of Blood collection) and am really enjoying the artwork on this.
