I do exactly this. What I suspect is happening is that your timezone is different from BL time zone. Look at the time stamp on this post and compare it to your time. That will tell you how much time you need to add/subtract to/from your time. For example, I have to add one hour to my post time, or my post repubbs @ the new time, but is still buried way back in the dash. Does that make sense?
That would make sense! Hmmm. So I have saved the most recent update at the time 10:00 am 27 October 2013 - which remains in draft, so in theory it's not yet 10am on the 27th at Booklikes?
Hmm. If it posted earlier on the dashboard I should still be able to scroll down and see it in my blog area. I think I need to make a test post and twiddle with it at various times to see if it's something wrong in just that one review....
We went from CEST to CET last night too, all sorts of weirdo crap happens when servers reset the time automatically (or fail to, as the case may be). You get things like, the OS thinks it's one time and the webserver thinks it's another, so posts go into limbo because the scripts posting them are trying to reconcile the two. Since the site only went live in May, this is probably the first one the live site has seen, so worth reporting.
That said, check your timezone in the settings (it's on the first page) just in case, you shouldn't really have to be adding/subtracting times.
THIS WAS IT! I was trying to remember where I'd done something with timezones in here - and I had myself in the wrong one. Of course, I'm traveling atm, but I'd changed all the other settings on this computer - but had totally forgotten the one for this website.
