This novella has a little bit of everything: PC in a remote village on Bodmin Moor obsessed with finding a lost child, a psychic with cryptic clues, the possible presence of the Beast of Bodmin, family intrigue and a gay romance. The romance is more central to the story than the possibly haunted m...

I first read this anthology of Christmas stories back in 2011 when it was released as an e-book. While I'm not a big fan of anthologies this one is a collection of Christmas stories by some of my favorite M/M authors so resistance was futile and when I came across the audio book on audible.com again...

It's been 7 years since I first read these stories and I really enjoyed the stories contained within it. While I enjoyed some stories more than others for me listening to the audiobook was overall a 5 star experience and I really enjoyed this visit with the ghost of Christmas Reads past...so much so...

3.5 starsI really enjoyed this one, even though it was predictable. A very long time ago, I had read an almost identical GW fanatic. The only difference was the ending which made that fan fiction shorter and darker, a lot darker. Reading this story brought back those memories.

It was ok and I was enjoying it...possibly because "Buddy Read" with my awesome besties Josy and Christelle and initially I think perhaps...

That's right after having read this book at least 5 times, with the most recent being this past weekend when I was fortunate enough to share this reading experience in a buddy read with the awesomeness of Christelle, Josy, Lila and Natalie. It's high time that I attempted to review what is one of my...

I am totally in love with this book! Something about the lighthouses and the seaside and the merfolk appeals to me immensely. My only complaint is that I couldn't get quite close to Merou, read more about his side of the story; there is still plenty of info to piece it together, just ...lacking some...

The writing didn’t really work for me.We get pages and pages of inner musings, without any dialogue. The conversations in the beginning are told to us, not shown. I need more than: ‘He told me something and I left.’ What did he tell you?? What is his name??There was also a serious lack in communicat...

It’s 1946, and the dust of World War Two has just begun to settle. When famous archaeologist Rufus Denby returns to London, his life and reputation are as devastated as the city around him. He’s used to the most glamorous of excavations, but can’t turn down the offer of a job in rural Sussex. It’s a...
