Julie James has made it to my "must read" list. Of the three books I’ve read, she writes pure character romance, without bizarre plot twists or gimmicks. I love that her characters are strong, forthright, and believable.3/1/11 - Had to re-read after enjoying A LOT LIKE LOVE. Can't stop laughing, ...

Oh this book was fun, fun, fun! I loved Jason and Taylor, they were brought to life incredibly well. I thoroughly enjoyed my escapism with them as Taylor came to grips with Jason and his womanising ways. Refreshingly there was no graphic sex in this book and I thoroughly enjoyed this fact too. I...

Just the Sexiest Man Alive is one of the most un-put-down-able novels I've read in a really long time. I simply could not stop reading it and the romance was simply adorable. As with most Julie James novels, the strength of this novel lay with its characters. Taylor was a woman I instantly connected...

I have read a LOT of romance novels. And continue to do so because romance novels are my one big Achilles' heel. Irrespective of how undignified the female protagonist or how big a sexist jerk the male lead is, I complete reading a book of this genre. But this one sort of failed me on all accounts. ...

Man I really really love Julie James' books, mostly because they provide the fun, funny forms of entertainment, just cool and refreshing no really dark turns or anything. And this book did not disappoint one bit. First of all this is a very typical Hollywood romance story, but the dialogue that Ms. ...

I had hoped for more. There was no real emotional payoff. Yes they got together but it took for ever for them to get their shit together. I skimmed here and there but I was bored at times.

Wow. WOW. It's been a long time since I enjoyed a romance that much and could give it 4 stars without a moment's hesitation. The book is simply lovely. It's witty, funny, tender and gripping - despite the fact that it's not a thriller and the plot does not revolve around any mystery or danger.Loved i...

Hollywood Sexiest Man Alive, Jason, the whiny brat gave me lots of laugh out loud moment. Sometimes, he can be whiny, arrogant and did the most outrageous thing and at the same time being childish as well. Oh, how you hate him. But he is so funny, so I can't help but adore him. Love the hollywood st...

Really enjoyable story that had so many funny parts. I liked the progression of the romance with her right on target witty banter and his reality check. Attorney Taylor is forced to coach famous actor Jason with his role as a lawyer in his new legal thriller movie.
