Rating: 4 out of 5 stars! The story continues in Lockout, the second installment of The Alpha Group Series. So far, we haven't learned too much what the Alpha Group is all about, but we get a minor glimpse into it in this book. The last book leaves off where Sophia happens to see Sebastian's cell...

Rating 4.5 out of 5 stars! Maya Cross is an amazing author! Just loved her story, Locked. I was constantly rattled out of the story, though, because she's from Australia and the story's filled with the usual language differences. weaker than the initial part of this trilogy I kept going but it had better improve. Then again I often feel this about the mid book in a trilogy so it might be that I struggle once the characters start behaving in unexpected ways for me. Looking forward to the conclusion

Easy to get through, good writing. Very descriptive. I enjoyed the odd Australian touch and it felt very naturally written. I liked the main character but found her partner difficult to relate to and all a bit wooden and unrealistic. I stuck with it and will continue the series

It was an ok read, well written but not original.Attractive billionaire, insta lust, and willing to try to give more.Sound familiar? I don't think i can bring myself to read the rest of the series.I honestly think i am done with BDSM stories.
