Walter has received a promotion and life as he and April know it will change. First they move, get new furniture, look at boarding school, then April realizes more will change. As she meets the partners and their wives, she knows there is much she has not been told.

I liked April. I dislike Walter. The partners are on the periphery now. I suspect I'll learn more of them and their wives in the next episodes of this series. I think I know what will be going on. Something tells me I will never like Walter but I do not know if I will like any of the others.

This book is the set up for the series. The world building is good. I feel like April. I'm confused and at a loss as to what to expect and what is expected of April. I hope to find out soon what happens.

Sam may have a ranch to run, but he's not one to shirk his civic duties when he receives a jury summons in the mail. Fate, however, seems to be summoning him to the jury pool for entirely different reasons when a fellow juror half his age buddies up to him and refuses to leave him alone.

Nobody has ever stuck up for Wren before, who's been on her own since she was a teen. When the grouchy rancher, Sam, acts on his protective instincts on her behalf, Wren is sure beyond a reasonable doubt that he's meant to be hers for life.

Review : This book was really cute and sweet so this is about wren and sam who meet when they are doing jury duty . Sam is an old cowboy and Wren she is a girl who hasn't had a lot of people care about her . Sam and wren start to connect more and end up having sex . sam falls for wren and after there jury duty is over they plan to get married and move in together I loved it .

Abby in Wonderland - good little riff on Alice.  Abby has to find her wand  It was great seeing Oscar as a King.  The cleverness of Carroll's work isn't here but it is not a bad take on it.

Big Red Riding Hood - Big Bird has to deliver goods to his grandmother and then he meets Cookie Monster (aka the Big Bad Wolf).  Cookie wants all the strawberries.  Who can blame him, come to think of it?  It was a fun read.
