Review: The Outlandish Companion (Outlander, #1-4)
The Outlandish Companion - Diana Gabaldon

Like the title says, this is a companion to the series and should be read after reading the first four books. Since it contains whole book summaries and a full character index... spoilers abound. Obviously.

Recommended for: those who have finished the first four books and need an Outlander crash course

The Outlandish Companion: In Which Much Is Revealed Regarding Claire and Jamie Fraser, Their Lives and Times, Antecedents, Adventures, Companions, and Progeny, with Learned Commentary (and Many Footnotes) by their Humble Creator
The Outlandish Companion - Diana Gabaldon I'm not sure why I thought it was a good idea to get the companion... I guess I just needed a little Outlander fix - and I did get that - but I don't think companion books are for me.I am sure lots of people will appreciate it, though, but I'm just going to have to try to be patient until the next actual Outlander book comes out.

The Outlandish Companion - Diana Gabaldon I didn't read it page by page but I did like many of the sections. I so miss my Jamie! Hurry up Ms. Gabaldon and write the next book!!!!

The Outlandish Companion - Diana Gabaldon I seldom read non-fiction, but I'm fascinated by DG's books and even more now that I know some background. To think she writes like a patchwork quilt... in bits and pieces, without giving much thought to the plot at all!
