Fate
Forty Days & One Knight - Samantha Cole

This is book #2, in the Trident Security: Omega Team series.  This can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader to completely understand, I would recommend readers read in the order intended.

Darius is undercover with a hellish drug lord, when in comes more women for his human trafficking ring.  This one he recognizes.  She is someone who can blow his cover too.

Princess Tahira has no idea where she and her cousins have been taken to.  She must escape or fall victim to the worst sort of crime.  Good thing a hero is there in the shadows.

Such a dark and stormy knight!  Sorry did not mean to be flip.  This read is actually quite difficult and a warning to the readers is in order.  If you have been following along with this incredible series you will not want to miss this one.  You have danger, suspense, heat, tension, friendship, and more.  I was happily to find these characters are so deep there is so much development to them.  I give this a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

Spark
A Dead Man's Pulse: Trident Security Omega Team Book 1 - Samantha A. Cole,Eve Arroyo

This is the start of the Trident Security Omega Team series.  It is advised to first read the Trident Security series in order to avoid spoilers.  If not, this book can be read as a standalone novel.

Logan AKA Cowboy is immediately attracted to Dakota.  She is not impressed with him when they first meet, as he assumes she needs his help - but she can take care of herself.  He meets her again later and the sparks fly all over the room.  Now he just hopes he can impress her enough that she gives him a chance.

Dakota is a police officer who is always trying to prove herself in a man's world.  With all the odds stacked against her, she wishes for greater things.  When it turns out a killer has her in his sights, she is going to need all the help she can get.

Amazing and riveting conclusion of the mystery killer from many books before in the previous series.  Introducing the new Omega Team series, where the members are new and very hot.  This story has so much heat and such a compelling mystery, the pages nearly singe the reader.  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

Heavy lifting
Mountain of Evil: Trident Security Omega Team: Prequel - Samantha A. Cole,Eve Arroyo

This novella is a bridge between the original Trident Security Series and the spin off series, Trident Security Omega Team. While it is not necessary to read this prequel before the Omega Team series, it will give the reader more insight and background of the new operatives of Trident Security and their support team.

The new team has six men and one woman.  They are sent out into the wilderness to prove their "ready" status to their agency.  While out there, a girl goes missing.  Can this team find her and all get home safely?

This was a short jaunt into the new series about the team created by the Trident Security owners.  I loved how the author brought all the team members personalities into it.  I especially enjoyed some of the foreshadowing into books to come.  I cannot wait for the next installment in the Trident Security Omega Team series.  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

Cover Reveal #2 - Mountain of Evil

Mountain of Evil: Trident Security Omega Team - Prequel

Between new clients and governmental contracts, Trident Security has grown in leaps and bounds. To accommodate the increased caseload, they’ve added a second team to their Tampa headquarters. After hiring seven “best of the best” from military and law enforcement backgrounds, they’ve put together a cracker-jack group of six men and one woman. But before they are turned out to handle their own missions, they must first prove they are a cohesive and capable unit.

Dropped into the Rocky Mountains, the Omega team has minimal supplies and two days to make it back to civilization. But what they find in the wilderness turns a training op into a real one. Will they all make it back alive?
