Lots of promise, but doesn't work in the end. The plot is good, the characters interesting but it just doesn't come together. The author compares this book to a fairytale but those stories are a lot shorter. The underlying plot is a Double Beast plot, both transformed from beasts to beauties.

On their own, and together in some parts (especially their first ride together) it was very sweet.But, there were so many red herrings and shenanigans that kept getting more & more convoluted.
