This series has definitely had its ups and downs for me. I do NOT like the direction this is going. The main couple in this book, Kane and Josephina (AKA Tink), were just meh. It was hard to root for their relationship. Kane was hard to like. Josephina had some strong moments and at other times, I f...

Well this was a surprise. I didn't expect to like the book based on the my reaction to the last two books. But then again, I don't remember the specifics of the last two books. I never gave Kane much thought because he was always being left behind. I guess that was a good thing for me because he ...

I can't believe I'm "here", finally finished all 10 books published in the series (including 3 short novellas). It certainly been a hell of a ride, a ride I loved, I admit I'm a bit overdosed with the Lords at the moment but I'm also really happy I was recommended to read this excellent series! I a...

Another epic fail from Gena Showalter. If I could give less than a star I would, however you can't so I'll leave it at one. I would give it five stars for the plain ruination of a kick ass series and a character I have anticipated reading about for several books. Maybe I should start rating her work...

I don’t really know what to say here. It feels really weird saying this, but I think that I might have to break up with Gena Showalter’s books.. Yes, I said it was weird, but that’s really what I’m feeling right this moment, after having finished this book.. See.. When I first got into paranorma...

This book is BORING, and unnecessarily long. I struggled to finish, and only did because I forced myself to, which is usually never a problem with such a talented author as Ms. Showalter.Let me break it down. The first hundred pages are an info dump of the Fae realm Seduire and its imprisoned prince...

3.5 starThis was much better than the previous book, I started reading this without any expectations and enjoyed it a lot.I like the plot and characters, my only problem was when the heroine ended up being queen of Fae which wasn't something she wanted. It didn't seem like a happy ending for her.she...

I love this Lord of the Underworld series. Gena Showalter just continues to build a world and characters that I really wish I could live in and meet.

Not my favorite of the Lords books but still really good. I totally didn't see the ending turning out the way it did. Very cool.

I have had mixed feelings about Gena’s books ever since I read the second LOTU book. While I loved The Darkest Night, every book after that has started to lose interest. I love all the Lords, but every book after Aeron’s just felt like the same. There weren’t many surprises and I would become disint...
