Williams' books veer a little more toward the "chick lit" genre than I normally read, but I enjoy them. The Summer Wives is no exception. I think she did a beautiful job of depicting Winthrop Island, a believable location to anyuone who has ever lived in a small, inward-turned place (like my valley)...
