This book was EXCELLENT! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it is an incredibly dry and slow read. I read roughly 20 pages per day before my mind would start to wander...well worth it though if you give it the time.
This was a very interesting book. Writing about a topic like the Civil War can be so cumbersome as there is so much information, so many angles and stories.
