I haven't enjoyed Murakami for some years Re-reading those I've loved before made me wonder what interested me so much. I could only manage to read partway some of his new books. Had too many loose ends/was a bit all-over-the-place. was enjoyable, but certainly not one of his best works. my two favorites are still Wind-Up Bird Chronicle and Hard-Biiled Wonderland.
