2,5 starsThis book was recommended to me because I really liked [b:Six Degrees of Lust|11757362|Six Degrees of Lust (By Degrees, #1)|Taylor V. Donovan|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1311358570s/11757362.jpg|16707740]. I can understand why, they do have some similarities. But whereas Six Degrees of L...

How this book managed to get that many high rating? -Yeah. No idea whatsoever..The MCs, I give them that, wanted for all intents and purposes to seem like they were these 3-dimensional, almost jumping-out-the-page, intriguing guys, coming to life in front of tue readers eyes. But I never quite bought...

Good m/m romantic suspense about a San Diego cop who's on injured reserve when he has to go to Montana to deal with his estranged brother's death. The characters were enjoyably complex and nearly made up for a few, relatively minor, rough spots in the plot and writing.

The book was written by a new author and she did an incredible job. I loved Chris and Doug, they were the perfect coupl...

The initial plot seemed interesting and I was looking forward to a tight suspense -and that's where, for me, the problems ...

4.5 starsWonderful read by a new to me author. Gripping from page one til the end, although the bad guy was pretty obvious rather soon. Nevertheless, I liked the dynamics between Doug and Christopher. I also liked the fact that besides their staying together their future was rather up in the air. Ne...
If we are all made in God's image, does that mean God is gender fluid.....
4.5Really really like this story and writing style. I loved the MC's and their quirks and issues. They were completed fleshed out and easy to like. The mystery was well done. I had a hard time putting the story down. I will be reading more of A.J. Thomas!

Might contain spoilers! Nice one! I very much liked the MCs, the flow of the story. It played to some of my favourite themes: Cops, Native American, f*ck buddies to lovers, banter/humor.A very entertaining read with a good crime plot - maybe a bit predictable, but still interesting.A small minus for ...
